In our NCS session with BFCCT this week we looked at employability ad what employers would be looking for in potential employees (such as punctuality, looking smart, following instructions and good team work etc.

We wrote these on large sheets of paper in a mind map. We then discussed the answers to use in the next part of the session.

Finally we played some table pong with a twist. If you got the ball in the cup then you had to answer a question that was also in the cup.
